I dont know why anyone would give this place a negative review. Its amazing. They have free delivery when you call them directly, food is always ready within 20 minutes, and their vegetarian options are great. I always get their Volcano Fried Rice with Tofu. Yummmm.

i ordered vegetarian chicken pad thai, and they sent actual dead chicken pad thai instead. they refused to refund it, saying that it's vegetarian, but i know the difference between a piece of dead chicken and a piece of vegetarian chicken. VEGANS/VEGETARIANS, I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO ORDER HERE.

This place was gross. We ordered on Grubhub and drove to pick up our order. The neighborhood is super sketchy and the building is super run down and divey but not in a good way. You can kind of see the hoarding and unkept interior from the outside through the filthy windows and believe me once you walk in you aren't let down by the outside appearance. This place stunk as soon as i walked in--of what I'm not sure but it wasn't a pleasant smell. The register was caked in dust and grime; the counter, And glass display case was covered and filled with trash like Walmart receipts, old used batteries ,old candy and PACKED to capacity with junk that obviously shouldn't be there. There was Dirt on the walls and office door
as well---ugh, i was appalled.
Terrified to eat whatever was going to come out i decided not to feed our son any of the food because who knows what the kitchen looked like. I should have asked for a refund and left but because of the somewhat decent vegan reviews we decided to give it a whirl but made our son something else just in case. My husband ate his meal saying it wasn't the worst he had tasted but he would never order from them again. Mine however was completely inedible. $40 into the trash.
I Gave 2stars because they did phone us to make sure we didn't want egg in our meal. Good lookin out but not good enough. The faux vegetarian meat was rubbery and a totally disgusting disappointment.

My roommate and I order from Sidewok at least once a week. It is our favorite delivery place. The service is always fast and friendly and the food is great! Our favorites are the pad thai and sweet and sour chicken.
